Gala Volunteer Duties
Registration 6-7:15 p.m.

Please be at Gala by 6 p.m., the event officially starts at 6:30 but people love to start a party early in Alaska. Bridgett will brief you at that time on what the process is for checking people in.

2 Scholarship Recipients
Amanda to work with photographers for the reception, Chris and Scholarship Recipients to mingle with guests.
Seating 7:10 p.m.

2 Scholarship Recipients
All will be provided with a seating chart (at reception) and will help guests find their tables if needed.

2 Scholarship Recipients
Volunteers to take a row each and be responsible for collecting the final large envelope for the tables in that row (approx. 5-7 tables) and returning them to the reception area for counting.

This will be done with 2, sets of 2 people. Count and then recount. Add together. Keep the 10 individual envelopes with the large table envelope.
Auction 8:30-9:30 p.m.

"Amanda will work with students to be the runners and spotters for the event. Matt and Jim will process the 12 auction items.
Anyone who can stay and help clean up is welcome to help!
